Eric Gargiulo has the fantasy pickups for week 15 of the NFL season. And Eric presents some NHL betting information on the Islanders game. Rod has a great article on Andre Agassi's autobiography: Open. Would make a nice Christmas present for the sports fan in your family. And finally SurveryMagney covers the story that no on is tired of unless you woke up this morning, Tiger Woods cheating on his wife 12 or 13 or 14 times. That's it for this time, bookmark the carnival and come on back for mistress #15.

Shakira Dawn presents 25 Essential Tips for Any Athlete to Stay Healthy All Season posted at mri technician schools.

Basketball

Eric Gargiulo presents NBA Betting ? Celtics, Spurs clash in battle of streaking teams posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The Celtics (14-4) are coming off a 108-90 thumping of Charlotte on the road, holding the Bobcats to 40.5% from the floor, and 2-of-11 from beyond the arc. Ray Allen was on fire, scoring 27 points on 6-of-9 shooting (including 5-of-6 from three-point range), and Kendrick Perkins even threw in a double-double with 21 points and 12 boards. The Celtics are now 8-2 when they score 100 points or more, and even though their NBA betting odds depend on their defense, Boston is showing that they can fill the basket as well."

Steve Patterson presents Tuesday QB?Projecting the playoffs at the 3/4th pole. posted at FryingPan Sports, saying, "Ex ND coach Weis is making the rounds of teams that might be looking for an Off Coordinator. Reportedly he visited the Bears yesterday and is scheduled to be in Cleveland today."

Steve Patterson presents Verlon Reed 2010 Quarterback/Safety Prospect posted at eFilmRoom, saying, "A really nice quality video of Verlon Reed from Rivals.com. He showcases his speed on offense with numerous runs where he outruns defenders and gets to the edge for big gains."

Steve Patterson presents What did we learn from college football this week? Who is going where. posted at FryingPan Sports, saying, "Texas tends to play down to the competition too often to be favored against Bama. Texas has been living on luck in several games and their luck runs out against the Tide."

Steve Patterson presents Verlon Reed Gets Late Ohio State Offer posted at eScoutRoom, saying, "Reed made a visit to Ohio State for their game against Iowa earlier in the year and has been looking for an offer from the Buckeyes."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Week 15 Waiver Wire Pickups posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Quinton Ganther, Washington Redskins - I picked up Ganther last week but didn't trust him to start. I got burnt as Ganther had 21 points last week and was the first Redskin running back to start and get goal line carries in a long time. I learned my lesson, and yet he is still available in most leagues off of the waiver/free agent wire. Ganther has a fantastic matchup this Sunday against the New York Giants. The Philadelphia Eagles ran all over the Giants Sunday night. As a matter of a fact, everyone has run on the Giants this season. I love his matchup, and he is one of the few backs in the entire league to get the ball as both a feature and red zone back."

Steve Patterson presents What did we learn from week 14 in the NFL? posted at FryingPan Sports, saying, "The Cowboys took a major hit with their loss to the Chargers. With the wins over the Giants the Birds took control of their division."

Steve Patterson presents Ohio State Buckeye Recruiting Heating Up posted at BrutusReport, saying, "Floyd is the fourth best defensive tackle in the country. He attends Philadelphia George Washington and is also considering Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Penn State and USC."

Steve Patterson presents Ohio State offers Wide Receiver Bradley Roby posted at eScoutRoom, saying, "The Buckeyes are more than likely looking at Roby as a cornerback as they lost both Lamarcus Joyner and Joshua Shaw to Florida schools recently."

Hockey

Eric Gargiulo presents NHL Betting: Islanders clash with the Flyers posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The most hyped prospect since Sidney Crosby, John Tavares is passing his first test with flying colors so far this season. He’s a creative center who has a goal-scoring touch but can also make others around him better. Seeing him help turn Matt Moulson into a sniper is like seeing Brett Favre and Sidney Rice blossom in NFL betting."

For wrestling fans these days, it would be huge for if the Rock or "Stone Cold" Steve Austin is the guest host. I feel that the best guest host, to go against "Hollywood" Hulkster will be either Bret "the Hitman" Hart or Randy "Macho King" Savage!"

Barbara Williams presents Top 10 Worst Greek Hazing Scandals & Stories posted at Online Colleges.net.

Eric Gargiulo presents Another Bias HBO Boxing Show posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "HBO should come up with their own title, as they come up with their own facts, instead of stating them like opinions. In what ruined a great show, was the announcing team of HBO, this time it was the more annoying presence of Max Kellerman that was ranting about his "thoughts" that he states as fact. First, Chris Arreola was scheduled to fight club level Brian Minto in a comeback for Arreola, after losing to Vitali Klitschko. Max Kellerman would go on to review the heavyweight division, and say that the way to become a heavyweight champion, the only way, is to beat one of the Klitschko Brothers."

Eric Gargiulo presents Big Matches Ahead For BJ Penn and Frank Mir posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The UFC rebounded after several disappointing shows with a great closeout to 2009. UFC 107 lived up the hype with decisive finishes, great fights, lots of blood, and dominant performances. BJ Penn and Frank Mir both looked tremendous in their wins at UFC 107. Unlike recent UFC shows, there were no questionable decisions…just questionable futures."

Dick Lafrance presents My Sports Heroes posted at My Thoughts on the World of Sports, saying, "Growing up during the 1960's and 70's I was fascinated by sports by the 4 major sports and their athletes."

When he was released from prison he already signed for millions of dollars with Don King for his return to the ring. His record, 41-1 showed how good he was, except for that one night fluke in Japan against a now "no one" in Buster Douglas."

Brutusreport Blogspot Sports Carnival - December 3, 2009

Welcome to the December 3, 2009 edition of Brutusreport Blogspot Sports Carnival. This time around we have 19 different article on a wide range of topics including Cheryl Ragsdale on female bodybuilding and why it's a great sport. Eric Gargiulo has tidbits from week 12 of the NFL season. Steve Patterson looks forward to college football this weekend and also writes about Ohio State winning the outright Big Ten Title. Finally SS has some skiing information and how to fuel your body for your next run. Bookmark the carnival and spread the word until next time.

Cheryl Ragsdale presents 10 Reasons Why Female Bodybuilding is the Greatest Sport posted at That Girl is Funny, saying, "Renee Willis, female Figure Competitive Bodybuilder, shares her thoughts on the sport of bodybuilding – how she got into it and why she does it. It’s a sport of muscle and high heel shoes, hair, make-up, accessories, having the right suit, having the right color suit - a sport of conditioning – a sport where too much conditioning could be your detriment and too little conditioning could be equally detrimental. Click the link to read more!"

Basketball

Eric Gargiulo presents NBA Betting - Free-scoring Lakers host stingy Bulls | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The Bulls have won two in a row, although that probably won’t be enough to make them NBA betting favorites on the West Coast. They’re having some troubles scoring with only one 100-point game so far this year, but their defense is stellar as the Bulls are sixth in points allowed. The Bulls were hurt by an early-season injury to Derrick Rose, who is the key to their NBA betting odds, but John Salmons and Taj Gibson have been coming on as of late as well. Rose averaged 25.0 points in two games against the Lakers last year."

Football

Eric Gargiulo presents Inside The Wheelhouse – NFL Week 11 Preview & Picks | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Starting off with a very important game in the NFC between two struggling teams that had high hopes going into the 2009 season. The Atlanta Falcons will be taking on the New York Giants in a game that could have been predicted as a potential playoff matchup in January."

Steve Patterson presents Happy Thanksgiving? The NFL Provides the Turkeys posted at FryingPan Sports, saying, "Unless he continues to improve his passing, defenses will adjust to the Young led O and stop this version of the team as well."

Eric Gargiulo presents Beat The Shark Wrap Up Plus Other Tidbits From NFL Week 12 posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Well despite the terrific efforts of last weeks contestant, Miss Candice Albanese, “The Shark” was back in the winners circle, and of course back to brag about it. With a big 3-1 record on the week, thanks to winning picks the Buccaneers, Seahawks and Titans, “The Shark” was able to lift the picks record to 21-18-1 and take a 6-5 lead over the ladies. Candice did a pretty good job as well, going 2-2 as she had winners with the Colts and the Vikings, but fell with the Dolphins losing to the Bills and the Eagles were unable to cover against the Redskins. So now with that the women are back to .500 with a record of 20-20. Oh so maybe it is time for the tie break against myself and the Albanese girls. Sister Karyn got me in week 3, and I took down Candice in week 12. Hmmm, perhaps a me vs. both in a week or 2? Anyway it goes to show once again that beauty does not always beat the beast! Nice efforts Candice, but you’ve been Shark Bit!"

Eric Gargiulo presents Is Bute Superior to the Super Six? | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "If the Six Man tournament in the Super Middleweight Division is not enough to shake it up, how about a rematch, and we all wanted one, because the first was so controversial, between undefeated IBF champ Lucian Bute and Librado Andrade. They showed what happened in their first fight. Max Kellerman said Bute got knocked out twice and won the fight, and it was the worst kind of hometown refereeing he has ever seen. It’s true, but besides Emanuel Augustus getting robbed and jobbed in Burton’s hometown on ESPN, this fight was for a title on a pay network. They had a clock and showed that instead of a ten count Bute got a 21 count. Kellerman also said that Andrade should be the champion. So there is a compelling match up between the “other” super middleweight champion. In the tournament, now, we have undefeated Andre Ward with the WBA title, and undefeated Carl Froch with the WBC title. Well here was undefeated IBF champ Bute trying to state his claim that he is the best."

Dick Lafrance presents Some Athlete Websites posted at My Thoughts on the World of Sports, saying, "'m going to take a bit of a break from my normal blog posting and present some Websites from some sports figures."

Dick Lafrance presents Some Athletes Websites – Part 2 posted at My Thoughts on the World of Sports, saying, "n my last post, I presented some Websites of athletes from the sports of baseball and football. Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 2009 Season Week 9 Preview and Picks | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Last week, it was an NFC North rivalry that stole the show. This week’s marquee game features an NFC East rivalry. The Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys play the Sunday Night Game in a battle for NFC East supremacy. Both teams have showed glimpses of greatness and lapses in preparation, yet find themselves battling for first place. For the first time in many years, both teams come into Sunday’s game evenly matched in all facets of the game."

Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 2009 Season Week 10 Preview and Picks | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Lost in all of the hype coming into the 2009 NFL season was arguably the greatest NFL rivalry of the decade. Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have captivated the world over the last decade with their series of classic showdowns. The world will once again come to a stop as Tom Brady and Peyton Manning will headline NFL Week 10 with the marquee event of the regular season."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Mid-Terms | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "What a difference a quarter of the way can make things huh? Some of these players that you hitched your wagon to have all but stalled. Meanwhile some have stayed the real deal. All in all fantasy football is what it is. The ultimate love/hate relationship between us (the fans) and them (the players). So it is more then easy for a guy with a keyboard, stats, and a little bit of creativity to sit back and grade them isn’t it? Why yes it is, and that’s exactly what i’m going to do!"

Eric Gargiulo presents Sharks' Flash and Crash - Fantasy Start 'em or Sit 'em NFL Week 10 | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Peyton Manning, Indianapolis Colts vs New England Patriots - Yeah, yeah how daring of me to put Manning here. This is his big match-up and he usually has big days at home against the Patriots. The guy who plays QB on the other team is kind of a big deal also, so if Manning and his team want to stay undefeated and stake a claim as the best team in the NFL he will have to be the general here, and with his weapons I like his chances."

Eric Gargiulo presents Indianapolis Colts- New England Patriots Highlights - Video | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Check out the highlights of Sunday night's New England Patriots-Indianapolis Colts Week 10 game. The game is remembered for Bill Belichick's questionable call on 4th down with two minutes that gave Peyton Manning back the ball in great field position. However, the game was much better than that and included some truly memorable plays. Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Randy Moss, and Reggie Wayne lived up to the hype and gave NFL fans a show."

Dick Lafrance presents The NFL After Week 10 posted at My Thoughts on the World of Sports, saying, "The NFL regular season is just a tad over the halfway marker and it's time to see how things stand."

Eric Gargiulo presents Inside The Wheelhouse - Top 5 NFL Stories from Week 10 | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Tennessee Titans win 3rd straight game - All of a sudden the Tennessee Titans have become one of the hottest teams in the NFL. They have won three straight games since Vince Young took over in Tennessee and they continue to keep finding ways to win. While a portion of NFL fans may be rooting against Vince Young due to his past antics over the course of his NFL career, I for one will be rooting this team on to hopefully have a miracle run into a playoff spot."

Hockey

Eric Gargiulo presents Iron Mike: A Reminder Of How Great He Was | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "A name, Tyson - iconic figure, who once said, "I'm the biggest fighter ever, just check the cash register" now is 43 and doesn't seem to know what he wants to do or what he can do, with the only thing he knew how to do (boxing) was over for him years ago."

Eric Gargiulo presents Tito Ortiz Calls Lyoto Machida A Coward - Video posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Check out this interview with former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz up at his Big Bear training facility. Tito talks UFC 106, but his comments about UFC 104 are really the highlight of the interview. Tito has no love for Lyoto Machida as he perceives Machida’s “elusiveness” as running and tells Machida to be a man. Ortiz is never at a loss for words, and has some interesting thoughts on the UFC 104 controversy between Mauricio Rua and Lyoto Machida."

Rod presents The racket of racket paintjobs posted at Wilson Tennis Rackets, saying, "We all know that tennis pro's get paid millions of dollars a year to use a particular manufacturer's rackets, right? And not just any old racket, but usually the latest model that the manufacturer is promoting for the season. So does that mean the players are constantly changing the racket they play with? You may be shocked to discover the answer..."

Eric Gargiulo presents The Full Mount - MMA News for the week ending 11/7/09 posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The Shot Heard Round the World - The big news of the week is undoubtedly the sickening knockout that Fedor Emelianenko delivered to Brett Rogers during Saturday night’s Strikeforce special on CBS. Fedor’s debut with an American organization ended up being exactly what expected. Casual MMA fans have always heard about the guy who had been called the best pound-for-pound mixed-martial artist in the world. That guy has earned the reputation as being able to take a beating and still win a fight in devastating fashion. That was last night’s tale; word-for-word."

Cheryl Ragsdale presents What I Learned from Watching Kenny Florian Train with Benson Henderson – 2 MMA Fighters, 10 Lessons posted at That Girl is Funny, saying, "Monday night, after a double session of Muay Thai (kick-boxing) and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Florian Martial Arts Center, I had the opportunity to hang out and watch Kenny “Kenflo” Florian, UFC Fighter, training with Benson “Smooth” Henderson, WEC Interim Lightweight Champion. I love being the oldest guy on the mat. Why? Here are my Top 10 Reasons..."

Eric Gargiulo presents Hulk Hogan?s Unreleased Collector?s Series ? DVD Review posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The newest DVD release from World Wrestling Entertainment features arguably the most iconic superstar in WWE history. Hulk Hogan’s Unreleased Collector’s Series features yet another tribute to Hulk Hogan. Unlike the Hulkster’s past DVDs, this compilation includes rare and unreleased Hogan matches. In the end there are a lot of hits, some misses, but overall this is a must-own DVD for the Hulkamaniacs."

Instead of breaking down the series like I have throughout the playoffs I thought we would spotlight each area of the teams when it comes to their pitching, hitting and defense. This is going to be on paper one of the best World Series to date; let’s hope that this transcends out on the diamond."

He was just a day away from getting a key to the city and a ticker tape parade."

Eric Gargiulo presents WWE Star Wants To Smack Eric Mangini | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "MTV reality television and WWE superstar, The Miz is making some headlines today. Eric Gargiulo presents Have A Sporty Halloween | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Ah, Halloween. Not many other holidays can simultaneously conjure up the fun of getting free candy, as well as the idea that a crazed man in a William Shatner mask may hack you to pieces if you're caught in the act of pre-marital coitus. Funny how these two traditions seem to go together."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Week 8 Waiver Wire Pickups | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Shonn Greene – It is rare that a running back opportunity like this comes along this far into the fantasy football season. New York Jets running back, Shonn Greene is likely going to be the first waiver wire pick up this week, so if you are in last place you will get your first shot at Greene. Leon Washington wasn’t your average number two back for the Jets. The Jets do a pretty good job of getting touches and passes to both backs."

Eric Gargiulo presents Inside The Wheelhouse - Top 5 NFL Stories from Week 7 | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Giants lose 2nd straight game, go to 5-2 - The New York Giants are becoming the fast falling Football team in the NFL right as they have lost two straight against two of some of the hierarchy in the NFC. We may be seeing what the Giants really are this season after starting their season against five teams that weren’t looked at as strong teams to compete with them. After seeing how they played against the Saints and Cardinals; Giants fans have to be worried as they enter Week 8 against the Philadelphia Eagles."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Week 7 Studs and Duds | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "STUDS: Cedric Benson: Benson has been a solid running back the entire year, but I don’t think many people saw the effort he put up against the Bears. Everyone knew that he was going into the week with a chip on his shoulder because he was playing his old team, but 189 yards and a TD against the 6th ranked rushing defense is a larger then just a chip. Benson has emerged as one of the top 10 fantasy backs after becoming a felon and jobless a couple years ago. Benson has gone from a must start to a top fantasy player with his effort against the Bears that most owners will start counting on for points."

Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 2009 Season Week 8 Preview and Picks | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "There were many questions about Brett Favre returning to the NFL and playing for the Minnesota Vikings. The number one question surrounded him was his health. Favre left the NFL last season injured and broken down. According to Favre, all of his injuries had not healed coming into the season. The showdown with the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field was a great story in August, but many fans wondered if Favre would make it to Week 8. Favre has not only made it, he has turned out to be one of the biggest success stories of the 2009 NFL season."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Week 8 - Quick Fixes & Sleepers | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "David Garrard Jacksonville Jaguars – He is still a free agent in 34 percent of yahoo leagues, if you are in need of a quarterback, or your quarterback is on bye week, Garrard is your man. This week he has one of the most favorable match-ups, going against the titans pass defense. Last time he destroyed them for 300 yards and three touchdowns. I just can’t see the titans coming out and playing any different then what they have been playing this year."

Eric Gargiulo presents Beat The Shark NFL Pick 'Ems Contest For NFL Week 8 | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "What do you do when having trouble winning football games, well you challenge a football player. What? Yes fans this week the NFL meets the LFL (The Lingerie Football League) as "The Shark" macthes wits with New York Majesty wide receiver, the gorgeous Miss Marie Nicole."

Eric Gargiulo presents Sharks' Flash and Crash - Fantasy Start 'em or Sit 'em NFL Week 8 | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Peyton Manning, Indianapolis Colts vs San Francisco 49ers - This one is totally automatic. You don't need me to tell you to play this guy every single week. Manning is back in MVP form, and it doesn't really seem to matter who is getting the football here. The 49ers have been looking alot more like the Niners of a few years back, instead of the team that started 3-1. At home Indy is 100 percent tough, and always a great play for fantasy owners. 3 from Peyton, Sure!"

emancave presents Fantasy Football draft using CBS Sportslines Draft Analyzer tool ? results mid-season? posted at e-ManCave.com.

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Week 9 Waiver Wire Pickups | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Jamaal Charles Kansas City Chiefs - The Ryan Moats hype may be the best thing this week for those of you that waited on Jamaal Charles. I picked up Charles last week as soon as Larry Johnson was sent home knowing that he’d be available since he was on a bye week. Moats will probably be the first running back taken this week, which leaves you a great option deeper into the waiver or free agent wire. Charles will be the starting back in a committee, but what separates him from the rest of the backs is his ability to catch the ball."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Week 8 Studs and Duds | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Maurice Jones Drew, Jacksonville Jaguars: For the second straight week, Mighty Mouse tops my list on the Studs category. He rushed for 177 yards against the struggling Titans defense but the most impressive stat is that he did this all on 8 carries. For those of you doing the math that’s just over 22 yards per carry. That stat can only be topped by his 80 yard and 79 yard touchdown runs. This was a huge game for Mighty Mouse and has solidified him as a top 2 fantasy running back."

Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 2009 Mid-Season Report Cards - NFC | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Dean’s List - The New Orleans Saints. This may be the kiss of death, because I put the New York Giants on the Dean’s List in the first-quarter report, and they have collapsed since. The New Orleans Saints are a truly special team. They are getting it done in all phases of the game. Even more impressive is that they have had to come from behind in the last couple of weeks and been successful in doing so. I don’t think the Saints go undefeated, but I have no idea who is going to beat them in the playoffs. Drew Brees is on another level from every quarterback in the NFL and Darren Sharper may be the NFL MVP at the mid-way point on defense."

Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 2009 Mid-Season Report Cards - AFC | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Dean’s List - Indianapolis Colts. The Colts remain on the Dean’s List for the second report card of the NFL 2009 season. The Colts are now the lone unbeaten in the AFC. Peyton Manning and crew have had some scares and it hasn’t been easy in some cases. However, they have never had to come from behind the way the Saints have to remain unbeaten. The Colts remain to have issues with stopping the run. The problem is that teams have to abandon the run to play catch-up to Peyton and crew. This year’s Week 10 game against the New England Patriots will be the next NFL game to capture the nation. Indy has a very tough stretch down the line so I don’t see Indy going 16-0. However, past lessons have taught this team never to let up. The Colts are truly in a class all by themselves in the AFC."

Eric Gargiulo presents Brock Lesnar vs. Shane Carwin Postponed Until UFC 108 posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The much-anticipated November 21 showdown between UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin is going to have to wait. The major announcement came today from Dana White via Yahoo! Sports. White stated that Lesnar has been sick for approximately three-and-a-half weeks with some type of flu like illness. It has been rumored that Lesnar has been suffering from the H1N1 virus; however, White stated today that he does not believe this to be the case."

Eric Gargiulo presents Boxing Rant - Pac Man vs. Cotto | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "HBO is good. I loved all those pre-shows they used to have for every fight – I miss ‘em, but they crossed the line when they had a half hour pre show for De La Hoya – Steve Forbes, I’m like, “How could this keep anyone’s interest for more than two minutes, let alone the fight?” But now for big fights they do a “Mayweather spawned” “24/7″ four part series to get you ready. I just watched part one of Pacquiao – Cotto and I’m already bitching. Right in the beginning, and this is something Jim “I have a weird man-crush on Miguel Cotto that is borderline disturbing” Lampley was always saying, that since Antonio Margarito (37-6, 27 kayoes) got caught with plaster in his gloves, that obviously means that’s how he beat Cotto (34-1, 27 kayoes). That’s Cotto’s only loss, if you didn’t see his fight with Clottey, either. But on paper, which is what counts, his only loss is to Margarito and he’s forgiven because in a fight that had nothing to do with him his old opponent (Margarito) tried to use loaded gloves – assumption is not reality, and in his next fight a lot of people, including me, thought he lost to Clottey, and now he’s back in a mega fight? Well, there’s this boxer who was welterweight, (same weight class and I’d love to see them fight) but recently moved up to Jr Middle but could still make welter, in Kermit Cintron (31-2-1, 27 kayoes) who went to my high school. He has two losses, both of them to guess who?"

Eric Gargiulo presents Brock Lesnar Blowing the Minnesota Vikings Horn - Video | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Check out this video of UFC world heavyweight champion and former World Wrestlnig Entertainment star, Brock Lesnar blowing the horn at the Minnesota Vikings game against the Baltimore Ravens. Lesnar was given the honor as part of a promotion to promote tourism in South Dakota. Tourism in South Dakota? Has anyone seen where Lesnar lives in those UFC Countdown specials? Unless you want to be isolated from the world, South Dakota is probably the last place I’d want to go for a vacation."

Rod presents Pressureless tennis balls: the best to use in tennis ball machines posted at Tennis Ball Machines, saying, "Trying to use regular tennis balls in a ball machine is a dead loss - they lose their bounce far too quickly. Eric Gargiulo presents Inside The Wheelhouse ? NLCS Preview posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Philadelphia Phillies and The Los Angeles Dodgers meet again in the National League Championship Series. One season ago it was the Philadelphia Phillies defeating the Los Angeles Dodgers in the NLCS in 5 games on their way to the World Series trophy. The magical run the Los Angeles Dodgers had was over, Joe Torre and Manny Ramirez were sent home a round earlier then expected by most."

Eric Gargiulo presents Inside The Wheelhouse - ALCS Preview | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The California Angels and New York Yankees are shaping up to be "teams of destiny" in the 2009 MLB playoffs. One team is riding on the foundation of tradition, to bring a Championship back to the state that has celebrated it 26 times."

Eric Gargiulo presents Jimmy Rollins NLCS Game 4 Winning Double - Video posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Check out the video of one of the greatest post-season moments in Philadelphia Phillies history. The Phillies trailed the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-4 at home in Game 4 of the NLCS. It is the bottom of the ninth inning and Jimmy Rollins is up to bat. Rollins is batting with two outs and two men on base. Rollins then nails a fastball to the right-center, two guys score, game over, and the Phillies take a 3-1 lead in the series. This is truly playoff clutch hitting at its best."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football First Quarter Report Cards posted at Best Fantasy Football Blogs, saying, "Hello fantasy football fans! Well we are 4 weeks into this 2009 season and as you all know its one quarter of the way finished. So what do we do when things are a quarter over? Well we grade them. Yes here it is, all 32 teams starting position guys and some extra players who get bulk work and how they have faired so far. This is thee must have measuring stick for your fantasy team. If you have A-Grade players you should be moving along nicely. However if you have F-Graded players, perhaps its time to view your bench or the waiver wire. So read up, enjoy, and scold those who come home with a bad report card!"

Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 2009 Season Week 5 Preview and Picks posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals both have identical records and are coming off of disappointing weeks. Most importantly, the Bengals were able to pull out a win in OT even after struggling with the winless Cleveland Browns. The Ravens are still crying about their loss to the Patriots."

Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 0-4?Oh, no! posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "I turn to the not so bright side of the NFL season. We see it virtually every year, and this is certainly no exception. There are always the teams a few weeks in who are absolutely winless. It' s painful to watch their games, as you really start to root for them, hoping they' ll pull it together and get at least one taste of sweet victory before the end of the season. Entering Week 4, there were seven of these winless teams. A Dolphins victory narrowed that down to six. For many of them, there isn' t much hope in sight."

Eric Gargiulo presents Beat The Shark NFL Pick ?Ems ? The Shark Looks For Back To Back Wins posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "This weeks Beat the Shark Pick 'Ems contestant is a Philly native who currently resides in "Sin City", Las Vegas baby! Her name is Stephanie Mazza, a professional model and avid Philadelphia Eagles fan (hmm now how can you not like that?)."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fantasy Football Week 5 Heroes and Zeroes posted at Best Fantasy Football Blogs, saying, "Matt Schaub – Schaub can be a very frustrating quarterback at times, as can be the coaching of Gary Kubiak. Schaub is one of those kinds of quarterbacks that like to throw in clunkers from time to time to remind you that you don’t own Drew Brees. The great thing about Schaub is that those clunkers rarely come two weeks in a row."

Eric Gargiulo presents Fixed on the Super Six | CamelClutchBlog.com posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "First off, I was completely appalled in only the first two fights of the “Super Six” six man round robin super middleweight tournament to crown the best “Super Middleweight” in the world. Aside from the “Six Super-Middleweights” (168 pounds) they chose, they left out undefeated IBF champ Lucian Bute, the “once beaten but has gotten better and wanted to be a part of it” in Allan Green, and then, the guy people thought got a raw deal in his fight with Bute, in super middle KO artist Andrade. Looking at the super middleweight Top 10, that’s leaving out numbers 2, 4, and 6."

Eric Gargiulo presents Ben Roethlisbeger Is Next Week’s WWE Guest Host posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "He can run a two minute drill n the Super Bowl, but can he run WWE RAW? Eric Gargiulo presents Time To Cancel The Michael Vick Show posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "Michael Vick is the new Brett Favre. The NFL hype machine was out in full force promoting the return of Mike Vick. I expected an offense onslaught from the Philadelphia Eagle. Eric Gargiulo presents Sharks’ Flash and Crash – Fantasy Start ‘em or Sit ‘em NFL Week 4 posted at Best Fantasy Football Blogs, saying, "Jay Cutler, Bears vs Detroit - I understand the Lions won their first game in 20 attempts last week, but let's face it, they are still the Lions. Eric Gargiulo presents NFL 2009 Season Week 4 Preview and Picks posted at CamelClutchBlog.com, saying, "The NFL will officially wrap up the first quarter of the 2009 regular season this weekend. Kolb was the first player drafted three NFL drafts ago by the Eagles. He was taken with the intentions of replacing Donovan McNabb oh say around now.
