Carmen's Crew Advances to the 2nd Round of The Basketball Tournament 2023

Yo, what's up, basketball fans? It's your boy Jimmy J back at it again to talk about some real hoops action! You know, I've always had mad respect for Carmen's Crew, and they just made a statement in The Basketball Tournament 2023!

 

Last time we saw 'em in TBT was back in 2021 when they fell short in the regional semifinals, but now they're back with a revamped squad! Only two returners this time, Keyshawn Woods and William Buford, but they got nine fresh faces, including some Ohio State ballers like Kaleb Wesson, Andre Wesson, C.J. Jackson, and my man Kyle Young.

You know, TBT is one of the most entertaining tourneys out there, and Carmen's Crew was on the sidelines last year, plotting their comeback. And boy, did they make a splash!

They took on Team Overtime and straight-up cruised to an 80-68 win! That's what I'm talking about, putting in work on both ends of the floor. They owned the paint and locked it down on defense, showing why they're a force to be reckoned with.

Kaleb Wesson led the charge with 16 points, doing his thing on the court and leading Carmen's Crew to that sweet victory. Eight-point win, baby! Now they're moving on to the next round, and I can't wait to see what they'll bring to the table.

Carmen's Crew, the Ohio State Alumni squad, is back in the game and making some noise in TBT 2023. Keep an eye on these ballers 'cause they're gonna keep on ballin' and representin' the Buckeyes in style!
