Welcome to the October 17, 2013 edition of Sports Carnival Ecstasy. In this edition we start with a look at the Miami Heat in addition to the Washington Redskins. Ohio football is pretty welled covered from the Browns to the Buckeyes. And we wrap up with an article about Louisville and one on Illinois.
